Kathleen’s distinguished career serving large and complex corporate clients is based on client-centric engagement strategies that identify and develop solutions to overcome the challenges and take advantage of the opportunities facing industry and professional services leaders. Kathleen has generated business from top companies that span a huge spectrum of domestic and international industries – from telecom and technology, to retail and hospitality, to banking and insurance, to GovCon and defense. Her business acumen extends to the successful recruitment of world-class talent, including a former United States Senator, to her prior firms.

Kathleen originated more than $1B in new business for market leaders as Director of Corporate Business Development at Littler Mendelson, Director of Legal Projects at Robert Half, National Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Marketing Manager at Deloitte, and Senior Manager of National Competitive Business at McGuireWoods. A pricing expert, Kathleen created alternative fee models that are now considered industry standard by many in the legal field. She created programs to identify, incubate, and support promising young technology companies and designed and deployed business methods that increased new engagements and percentage of winning bids. As a business advisor, Kathleen created and established products, service lines, and practice areas and built and led teams that provided world-class internal client service to Firm leaders. Kathleen conducted media training for financial industry reporters and leading Wall Street advisors, taught business development strategy to incoming audit entry professionals, and led business development programs to train CPAs and attorneys.

A professional woman member of the Forte Foundation, Kathleen encourages fellow women business leaders in law, finance and commerce. She is an expert speaker on business topics including public relations and revenue generation at Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Trade Associations, and at schools and Universities.

As CEO, Kathleen Delano is the strategic decision maker, leader, and visionary for PMIC. Kathleen is responsible for direction of the company, creating PMIC organizational culture, cultivating relationships with national and international clients, and ensuring that PMIC meets their needs and helps them succeed.
